1. Exchanges:

   If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 3-5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (during shipping). please take a photo if the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of receiving goods.
   • The products differ from the customer's order.
   • Any component or item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to our error.
2. Store Credit:

   In certain circumstances, we may issue store credit for the value of the purchased item. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Please reach out to our customer service team for more details.

Order Cancellation Policy:

if you want to cancel the order please reach out to us over mail or whatsapp.

1. 1. if order is already shipped and Customer requested cancellation then Shipping charges whatever cost us will be deducted from total amount
2. 2. If Order is not shipped while cancellation requested then only 2%(2- 3 %) of Payment GW charges will be deducted from Total amount.
